A versatile performer.
Reed currently studies french horn with Professor Jeff Nelsen at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. He also studies classical voice, piano, and conducting. During his tenure at IU, Reed has performed with the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Brass Band, and Horn Choir, as well as with a number of chamber groups and all-campus ensembles. Reed plays mellophone and serves on the Undergraduate Staff for three of the premiere athletic ensembles of the Big 10: Indiana University's Marching Hundred, the Crabb Band, and the Big Red Basketball Band. While in high school, Reed performed in school and community orchestras, wind bands, choirs, broadway musicals, and marching bands.
